Wireless timecard facilitates Covid-19 screening and tracking
A timecard application (app) is now available for mobile or on-site screening of employees’ wellness before commencing a work shift. The app is particularly suitable for use in sectors such as healthcare, government, logistics and distribution, merchandising, construction and maintenance, as well as organisations that employ mobile workers.
The Econz Timecard is a workforce management app that facilitates time management and tracking of employees. The app now also delivers management reports that screen employees for possible Covid-19 infection.
Features of the app include:
- Covid-19 screening and wellness forms with built-in triggers to flag potentially infected employees, aimed at protecting employees and employers and preventing the spread of the virus
- Required questions to be answered before a shift can commence
- Real-time alerts and notifications
- Verification of employees’ GPS location, kilometres travelled and locations travelled for a day, a week or a month
- Portable document format (PDF) document of completed questionnaires and digital signatures
- Additional digital forms can be created to ensure adherence to all lockdown protocols regarding health and safety regulations, in order to ensure workplace compliance
- Collection of mobile time and attendance and timesheet approval processes
