Windaba Conference and Exhibition, has firmly established itself as the ‘Must-Attend’ event for Wind Energy stakeholders, active on the African continent. Proudly hosted by the South African Wind Energy Association (SAWEA) in partnership with the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) Windaba takes place on 7-8 November 2018.

The Windaba 2018 conference will be held under the theme: “Investment for an Integrated Power Transition”. The programme will feature: 3 Plenary sessions, 12 breakaways , under 3 discussion streams and several networking and B2B platforms. Our aim is to ensure that the event continues to provide the most relevant and current information to aid in strategic decision-making.

Annually, this sector specific conference brings together +600 conference delegates and industry exhibitors. The Windaba Conference programme is curated to provide platforms to discuss contemporary challenges faced by the wind market domestically and globally. As Africa’s premier Wind energy conference, Windaba offers several opportunities to engage with existing and potential customers, stakeholders and peer -  with the view to ensuring a strengthened African wind industry.
