Solutions to define your manufacturing future

In the uncertain world we are currently living in, we all want to look into the ‘crystal ball’ to find out, what now, where to next and how will this impact my business? Unfortunately, no one can rightly predict the future, but we can think like futurists to create strategies to ensure our businesses have more robust plans to ensure we are “anti-fragile.”

This is the time to listen to experts who can help unpack future scenario’s and mitigate the risk on our businesses that the COVID-19 pandemic has placed on our economic situation.

The Manufacturing Indaba recognizes the need that our manufacturing community has, and together with expert insights identify the steps that can be taken to help your business.  These steps can be explored and implemented to support your sustainability.  A series of 3 webinars focused on ‘Preparing for a progressive Manufacturing base amidst Covid-19’ will be hosted at the end of May 2020 to support manufacturing and to aid Futurist thinking.

The 3-part series starts on the 29th May 2020 and Part 1 specifically speaks to supporting a change of thinking and to look at the future. Remember the Future is a matter of choice, not chance!

Part 1: How to think like a futurist. Back casting, black/white swans, scenario planning – how might we envisage a new unknown future

11h00 – 12h00  I  29 May 2020

The cost to attend the 3 webinars is R1,800.00 excl VAT
