Tailored hydraulic service and maintenance contracts
Hytec South Africa, a Bosch Rexroth SA company, has introduced a 12-month warranty and tailored service and maintenance contract for new and existing hydraulic systems.
The company explains that most hydraulic systems are purchased without a service plan and that its newly launched custom-designed service and maintenance contracts aim to fill this gap. The contracts are designed to give clients peace-of-mind that equipment will be maintained according to strict operational standards and are available to clients even if equipment was not initially purchased from Hytec SA.
The company outlines the benefits of its service contracts as follows:
- Best practice maintenance of systems in order to ensure continued performance
- Safety of systems and people
- Reduced capital outlay of critical components and consumables
- Reduced repair and breakdown costs
- Increased component and hydraulic system life
- The preservation of assets
The service contracts are available for all hydraulic systems provided they are operated as designed, and installed, commissioned and maintained by Hytec SA. The company modifies service contracts according to clients’ needs, including mobile site support, engineering back-up, asset management and on-site stock and fluid management.
