SEEKING PROGRESS
Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant and Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa have urged business, labour and government negotiators to move decisively on the finalisation of the national minimum wage legislation so that the instrument can be implemented in 2018. Oliphant and Ramaphosa made this appeal at the September 15 summit of the National Economic Development and Labour Council, where the picture above was taken.
