Established in the 1970’s, Power Team SA started with only two staff members sharing a small office.

Today, Power Team SA is situated in a massive warehouse in the prime industrial area of Meadowdale, Johannesburg. Its considerable space allows Power Team SA to stock a wide range of hydraulic maintenance tools and equipment and its 25 highly trained staff members are available to assist clients with high-end products.

Power Team SA has a fully functional repairs facility and paint booth, providing same-day repairs and service. With a consistent focus on quality, all repairs are supplied with a 6-month standard warranty.

Power Team SA is the South African distributor for SPXFLOW Technologies bolting and lifting equipment. By partnering with top hydraulic companies throughout the country and across borders, Power Team’s range of high-quality hydraulic cylinders and bolting equipment is distributed and serviced throughout Africa.

The company’s products range from 5 t to
1 220 t hydraulic cylinders in single- and double-acting variants to hydraulic hand pumps and power packs to suit. Power Team SA has recently released their new 18 V battery pump which
boasts versatility and portability, ideal for the mining sector and environments where electric power packs are not suitable for use due to the hazardous environments underground.

In addition, Power Team SA stocks a wide range of hydraulic torque wrench equipment from
200 Nm to 72 000 Nm.  The partnership with SPXFLOW in the Netherlands allows for deliveries of out-of-stock items to be supplied within two to three weeks, helping clients to get the job done right and on time.

Power Team SA is also the proud sub-Saharan African distributor of Paoli Impact wrenches, WTC track pin presses and RWP tyre presses.

Power Team SA prides itself on providing customer satisfaction and superior service delivery.  Its friendly and expertly trained staff are available to assist with all hydraulic requirements and are ready for any challenge.
