Latest Developments
Saipem, leading a consortium with Egypt-based Petrojet, has been awarded a contract for the construction of the polybutadiene facility. The contract is valued at $150-million. Saipem and Petrojet will be jointly responsible for the detailed engineering design, procurement and supply of equipment, materials, construction, precommissioning and commissioning up to successful startup, as well as performance testing.
