JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – ASX-listed minerals exploration company PepinNini Minerals has raised $1.02-million to progress the company’s Salta lithium brine project, in Argentina.

The company raised the funds through a placement of 37-million ordinary fully paid shares at 2.75c a share. The placement represented 13.67% of the company’s post-placement undiluted capital, or 12.02% of post-placement capital on a fully diluted basis.

PepinNini noted that the shares would carry standard rights applicable to quoted ordinary shares in the company and would, from the issue date, rank equally with fully paid quoted ordinary shares currently on issue.
