Making business simpler for customers, while going global with a first-class product, has successfully established industrial vibration technology company OLI as the world’s top-selling supplier of electric external moto-vibrators.

OLI products are distributed throughout Southern Africa by its subsidiary in Gauteng, South Africa.

The company has been committed to delivering high-quality market-orientated products since its foundation in 1961. As a strong believer in innovation, OLI constantly strives to be ahead of the curve. A team of engineers specialises in designing efficient, reliable and safe solutions, backed by globally-certified quality management.

It is this drive for innovation that allows OLI to now offer a new fastening system for vibrators that assists in unloading railcars. Fast, efficient and thorough unloading is essential for efficient operations. Time spent unloading, manually cleaning or sending cars back because of the presence of residual material, can translate into lost profits or increased costs.

OLI’s new fastening system utilises a wedge and cradle approach to allow for faster, more effective railcar unloading. The system’s lightweight design makes it easy to handle and it gives the operator a safe and maintenance-free way of speeding up railcar discharging. The wedge, with the attached pneumatic vibrator, slots in and out of the cradle effortlessly, making it easy for one person to handle.

OLI’s other offerings such as pneumatic hammers and linear pneumatic vibrators, also reduce problems associated with material flow in designs where a fixed vibration solution is preferred.

OLI prides itself on providing credible expertise in order to assist customers in finding the most suitable solution for each application.

“When you need it, where you need it” is the mission statement that gives OLI the
edge over any competitors in its field.
