Established in 2001, Ntshu Air – a member of PSI Group – provides complete air compressed system solutions for the mining, automotive, chemicals, petrochemicals, plant hire, construction and power generation industries.

The company not only provides complete solutions for these industries, but also provides maintenance programmes, auxiliary component rebuild, assistance with layout, specifications and sizing of components, storage, controls and complete parts, service and testing facilities.

Over the years, Ntshu Air’s employees have built a reputation of being the best-in-class in their fields, such as sales, service, repairs and rebuilding of compressor and compressed air system auxiliary components.

Through the company’s vast experience in covering air-end rebuilding, not only has Ntshu Air originated the repair process of rotor-body shaft replacement and top hat fitment to suction and discharge housings, but it has also realised that a reliable and efficient rebuilt air-end requires internal component interference fits, running clearances and the use of bearings, gaskets and seals as researched and developed by the original-equipment manufacturers.

Moreover, Ntshu Air carries out on-site breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance servicing on all makes of oil-injected rotary screw compressors. The goal is to allow for prescribed bearing life on air-end, prescribed bearing life on electrical motors, to achieve maximum life expectancy on air/oil separator elements, to ensure maximum use on prescribed oil life and to maintain a constant equilibrium through all working parts.

Also, Ntshu Air offers factory warranted, bench tested, air-end element service exchange programmes, with a vast variety of equipment from most major brands. Ntshu Air is also the sole importer of PSI brand rotary screw compressors (potable and stationary) also retrofit air-end elements and fully synthetic compressor lubricants.
