Under the Customs and Excise Act, all Carbon Tax license holders are required to renew them 30 days before expiry.

Current licenses expire on the 31st of December 2021.

SARS has advised that the licenses can be renewed from the 1st of October 2021.

SARS is anticipating large volumes of applications from across the country and is therefore encouraging all Carbon Tax license holders to apply for renewal as early as possible.

We can assist you with this Carbon Tax license renewal process, so please get in touch with us.
