Grain silos converted into student accommodation
From Creamer Media in Johannesburg, this is the Real Economy Report. The conversion of the former grain silos in Newtown, Johannesburg into a trendy student accommodation called the Mill Junction for neighbouring university and college students has now been completed. Zandile Mavuso has the story.

After working on the project for 12 months, property investment and management company Critiq has completed the 14 storey building, which will cater for undergraduate students around Johannesburg. Critiq MD Arthur Blake elaborates.

Given the success of the Mill Junction, Blake notes that the company is looking forward to converting the grain silos across the street from the Mill Junction into another successful project using the expertise gained from this project.
