GladAfrica Group (Pty) Ltd is once again proud to partner with the South African Property Owners Association as Principal sponsor for the 2019 Convention for the third year running. The Convention will be held in Cape Town on 18-19 June 2019.

The SAPOA Convention is a major highlight in Africa’s property calendar and brings together players in the property industry to share knowledge and best experiences in pursuit of growth and better returns for investors.

GladAfrica Group (Pty) Ltd has been the Principal Sponsor of the SAPOA Annual Convention and Property Exhibition since 2016.  The partnership with SAPOA has been mutually beneficial for both parties.

Our association with SAPOA as a member in general has enhanced our perspective of the property industry. We are pleased that through this partnership, we have made a significant contribution to ensure that SAPOA grows for the benefit of its members and the industry at large.

The Convention serves as a platform to review gains and strides made but also reflect on the challenges facing the industry either due to market conditions or changes in the regulatory environment.

The 2019 Convention theme “Challenging times, understanding the issues and planning the future.” GladAfrica believes that the SAPOA Convention should seek to use the collective knowledge of the participants and members to frankly discuss the current challenges facing the industry and devise solutions thereof.

SAPOA’s membership profile, industry participants in general and the opportunity to interact with policy makers and industry regulators, put the organisation in good stead to have meaningful conversations about the challenges facing the industry and solutions required thereof.

GladAfrica is pleased to have the opportunity to share this platform with some of the players making a difference in this industry. This partnership has enabled us to exchange ideas, share best practice and explore opportunities with like-minded stakeholders.

We are looking forward to yet another exciting Convention where industry experts and role players will gather to share ideas on how to grow the industry and take it to the next level.
