FM Solutions is proud to announce that it has expanded its service offering to clients with the launch of FM Solutions Technical – a new specialist unit that focuses specifically on delivering technical maintenance services that are tailored to their clients’ needs.

“At FM Solutions we focus on improving our service offering to benefit our clients’ needs. Our strategy is to ensure that our service offering is value based and aligned to operational efficiency. We apply this strategy in client environments as well as our own business. With these principles in mind, we identified the need to introduce our self-performed technical services division, FM Solutions Technical,” says Zaahir Forbes, a director at FM Solutions.

Corporate organisations are obliged to provide a safe, functional workspace for staff and visitors. Unfortunately, this can be quite challenging when dealing with multiple vendors who do not provide a customised service that is aligned to an organisation’s individual needs.

“Our team of in-house technicians and engineers at FM Solutions Technical address the technical maintenance requirements of our corporate clients by providing first line maintenance, visual inspections, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and asset condition assessments,” Zaahir explains. Utility management services: Utility audits, billing, load and consumption analysis, metering and monitoring, alternative resource procurement, energy management
