Fassi to bring expertise, new models to CONEXPO in Las Vegas, March 7-11

Fassi will be exhibiting new and popular crane models with its American dealer, Fascan International., at the 2017 CONEXPO at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, March 7-11 in the external Gold Lot, Booth G3722.

With almost 100 years of history, CONEXPO is one of the world’s most important trade fairs for equipment, machinery, products and services for the building trade.  More than 2,000 companies will be exhibiting in an area of 232,000 square metres.

Fassi will be exhibiting a range of crane models including the:
• light-duty M40.1.14, F85B.2.25 and F120A.0.23
• medium-duty F365A.2.25L322
• heavy-duty F385A.0.24L323, F545RA.2.26L426, and the impressive F2150RAL.2.28L816L

New to the U.S.: The F120BCM.1 and more

CONEXPO will also be the first opportunity for the public to see the F120BCM.1 (HD4/S2), which was created especially for the United States market. The F120BCM.1 crane, named the “Corner Mount”, is currently used in the North American market as auxiliary equipment on medium/light-duty vehicles used for maintenance work in the utilities sector. This model joins the F120B.1 in the range of cranes with a lifting capacity of 11 ton/m.

The special feature of the F120BCM.1 is its completely de-centralised column in relation to the base, which frees up space on the chassis, consequently speeding up ascent and descent times during operations, thus proving particularly suitable for service vehicles such as mobile workshops. The F120BCM.1 is a new market segment for the U.S., and will serve to widen Fassi’s already significant product range.

Fassi and Fascan will also be unveiling several important new products in the SE crane line, which will make a substantial impact in the wallboard handling and installation market.

Fascan has been the U.S. dealer for Fassi products since 1992. Since then, Fascan has put into service more than 5,000 Fassi articulated cranes for various sectors of application: from building to logistics, from energy to the rail transport sector. Over the years, Fascan has grown its Baltimore, Maryland-based headquarters to a space of more than 5,000 square metres, thanks to its close cooperation with and support from Fassi.
