A new range of original-equipment manufacturer crusher liners is now available for selected markets.

Crushing equipment is prone to continual wear and tear, due to its high utilisation rates and damage from rocks and abrasive materials. The main function of wear liners is to protect assets and to provide sufficient wear resistance to satisfy maintenance requirements.

Details such as the correct nip angle, volumetric capacity and force distribution, lead to an optimal wear profile. The right wear profile can potentially improve performance and extend the lifetime of both the wear parts and the crusher.

The specific requirements of businesses and processes can vary from one market and application to another and the new crusher liner has been created to meet the needs of rapidly developing markets.

The Metso O-Series aims to give customers control of operations at an affordable cost and to provide reliable access to suitable replacement parts with accurate dimensions.

The series is designed to complement the company’s existing wear part offering and aims to provide balance between performance, affordability, secured fit and function for its crushers.

The range is available for Metso Nordberg HP Series and GP Series cone crushers as well as C Series jaw crushers.

In the first phase, the new range is being sold through the company’s sales offices and accredited distributors in China, Mexico, Central America, and Asia Pacific. Going forward, it aims to bring additional crusher models to the range and to expand to other markets.
