Infrastructure Dialogues are hosted jointly by the Development Bank of Southern Africa, the South African Cities Network, the National Business Initiative and Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Department in the Presidency. Since the launch of the Dialogues in 2009 under the auspices of the then - Support Programme for Accelerated Infrastructure Development (SPAID), these seminars have continued to present an innovative forum where relevant challenges confronting the infrastructure sector are identified and debate is stimulated to identify solutions to overcome these challenges.
