Company achieves 90.93% score in customer satisfaction
Specialist coatings manufacturer Dura Paints has achieved a 2020 Customer Satisfaction score of 90.93% as part of its yearly customer interactions conducted over its billing base and end user channels.
“We are client-satisfaction driven, and this rating is a testimony to our ongoing commitment to quality and service,” says Dura Paints CEO Leon Reeves.
Reeves explains that the company’s offerings cover a comprehensive range of light industrial coatings – both solvent and water-based – decorative coatings, preparation products, hand sanitiser as well as field marking machines and liquids, all of which are supported by leading edge technology.
“There have been a number of technological developments in the field of industrial water-based coatings over the years and Dura Paints has developed innovative products, such as lead free, water based Direct to Metal (DTM) coatings, utilising latest generation technology.
He adds that at Dura Paints, quality manifests itself in management, manufacturing, personnel and products, and that it conforms to International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management System criteria.
“We use only the best raw materials from established pigment and chemicals companies that are ISO accredited, in order to manufacture consistently high-quality products.
“Additionally, our operations are supported by software company SAP – Business One – Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions,” he points out.
Reeves concludes that over the last 34 years Dura Paints has grown into a leading South African manufacturer and supplier, distributing products nationally and into Africa.
