Project Description
NOVI plans to build a 1 060 MW combined-cycle power plant that will provide electricity for the grid in the eastern US.

The electricity produced by the plant will be the equivalent needed by more than 750 000 households.

Additionally, the project will help support the growing data centre industry in Virginia, providing reliable electricity to serve this critical infrastructure.

Potential Job Creation
The project is expected to create up to 1 000 jobs during the peak construction phase.

Planned Start/End Date
Completion is expected by 2022.

Latest Developments
The project has secured all the permitting necessary to proceed, and NOVI and its financial sponsor, Ares Management, are actively moving the project towards the start of construction.
