Butler retires as Omnia director
Frank Butler will retire as director of chemicals company Omnia at the company’s annual general meeting on September 23.
He has served on the board since September 2002 and is chairperson of the board's social, ethics and risk committee.
Omnia’s board has thanked Butler for the 18 years of dedication to the company.
Independent nonexecutive director Bernard Swanepoel will take over as chairperson of the social, ethics and risk committee.
