AERO South Africa Virtual Marketplace takes flight
Messe Frankfurt South Africa, organisers of Africa's largest General Aviation trade show, AERO South Africa, is extremely excited to announce the launch of an all new Virtual Marketplace. The online platform is scheduled to launch later this month and will be the premier online business-to-business platform for the General Aviation sector.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so many processes have come to a grinding halt across many business sectors including the General Aviation industry. As an organiser of trade shows, Messe Frankfurt South Africa is no stranger to these impacts. As such, the physical AERO South Africa event was postponed to July 2021.
For this reason, and to continue supporting the industry during this time, AERO South Africa has created a platform where exhibitors can maintain their market presence by displaying their products and services to a global audience.
"After engaging with numerous role players, endorsing partners and businesses within the General Aviation Sector, we are extremely excited that we have sufficient support to launch this initiative that will place General Aviation brands at the forefront of a targeted market," says Annelie Reynolds, Show Director of AERO South Africa. "This way buyers and sellers can continue to meet, engage and do business from a centralised portal, without leaving their homes," she adds.
The key features are that this platform will remain active for 12 months, has a personalised category search option so that you can immediately identify the companies and products aligned to your business and has intelligent matchmaking capabilities, linking your company with the right buyers. Registration is free to all trade visitors. The added bonus is that you won't need a visa or passport to exhibit or visit the marketplace from abroad.
