The project entails the construction of a nine-storey, 35 000 m2 premium-grade office space, comprising two P-grade interlinked office towers of about 17 500 m2 featuring a glass façade.
The premium office address is designed for a 4-Star SA Green Rating by the Green Building Council South Africa, which means it is more resource efficient and more cost efficient than other buildings. It also features standby power and water.
The building will also offer generous parking in six basement levels, with easy access from its dedicated traffic signalled entrance from Oxford road.
