JSE-listed logistics group Grindrod has announced the appointment of Fathima Ally as group FD, effective September 1.
She succeeds Xolani Mbambo, who is moving into an operations position.
Ally is a chartered accountant and has been a partner at consultancy Deloitte since 2013. Grindrod reports that she has extensive audit and assurance experience, having worked with multinational listed companies across various industries.
