Abu Dhabi National Oil Company

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is the State-owned oil and gas company of the United Arab Emirates and one of the world's largest energy producers. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the company operates across the entire hydrocarbon value chain, from exploration and production to refining, petrochemicals, marketing and distribution. The company holds significant crude oil and natural gas reserves in Abu Dhabi's onshore and offshore fields, making it a major supplier to global energy markets. Its operations span more than 15 countries and include substantial production of conventional crude oil, heavy crude and liquefied natural gas. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is wholly owned by the Abu Dhabi government and plays a central role in the emirate's economy, contributing a substantial portion of its GDP. The company has pursued international expansion through joint ventures, strategic partnerships and acquisitions in key markets including Asia, Europe and North America. It operates major refining and petrochemical complexes and has invested in downstream infrastructure to capture greater value from its hydrocarbon resources.
