With construction of the R700-million The Pivot hotel and office development at Montecasino, in Fourways, now largely complete, about 45% of the office space has already been leased before occupation starts on May 1.
The development, which was being developed in partnership between Abland, Tsogo Sun and Absa, had reached its final stages with aspects such as landscaping now being completed, Abland spokesperson Yvette Els said on Thursday. |
