Abstract:	The outlook for reducing copper theft in South Africa “remained positive”, the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Sacci) said on Thursday, as it reported a drop in the May copper theft barometer. The barometer fell to R23-million in May, from R27.5-million in April and the peak of R34.7-million in March.
