The JSE has suspended trading in building materials supplier WG Wearne’s securities, owing to the company’s failure to submit its provisional financial statements by June 30.
The company said on Monday that it had put in place a programme to ensure that the provisional financial results were released by no later than July 30.
WG Wearne also said that its recapitalisation discussions were ongoing.
