Latest Developments
The Netflow Joint Venture (JV), comprising Ferrovial subsidiary Cintra and Plenary, has been selected by the State of Victoria as the preferred respondent for the design, construction and financing of works to upgrade, rehabilitate and maintain the suburban road network.

In the coming months, the consortium will work towards achieving financial close. Design and construction works will start once this has been achieved.
