Project Description
The project entails the construction of a complete walking hearth furnace plant.

The new plant will comprise two walking hearth furnaces with automatic loading and unloading devices, a car bottom furnace for preheating sensitive material grades, and an entry and exit roller conveyor. The plant will have capacity of 35 t/h and is designed for heating billets and ingots to a maximum rolling temperature of 1 320 ºC.

In addition to the mechanical part of the plant, the scope of supply also comprises the entire electrical, automation and visualisation equipment.
