Telecommunications group Vodacom has appointed Jabu Moleketi chairperson.
He will succeed Peter Moyo, who will retire at the forthcoming annual general meeting in July.
Moleketi also takes over as chairperson of the group’s nomination committee.
Meanwhile, Sakumzi Macozoma has been appointed lead independent director.
