Resources exploration company Tsodilo Resources has closed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of C$141 380.06.
The funds were raised through the issue of 706 903 units – each comprising one common share in Tsodilo and one common share purchase warrant – at a subscription price of C$0.20 apiece.
The proceeds will be used to advance the Xaudum Iron Formation project, in Botswana, and for general corporate purposes and working capital.
