TSLC release it’s new LED headlamp products after long time test and verification and now launch on Auto China tradeshow at Beijing China. These product cooperate with related automotive company to fulfill customer’s performance, quality and price requirement.
Therefore, these headlamp product are especially suitable for automotive and motorcycle headlight application due to its excellent high thermal stability, and high luminance characteristics.
In the other hand, TSLC is specialized in LED ODM service and have experienced in LED package and design. So we can provide the customized products according customer’s requirement on spec and cost. TSLC’s product are also provide the patent protect for the customers.
Considering the different design requirement of head lamp, we provide series head lamp product including 2 chip, 3 chip ,4 chip and 5 chip version. The total lumen flux can range from 400 lm to 1500 lm, the max. drive current can up to 1000mA. The chip used in head lamp have excellent high temperature stability and very low lumen decay in high temperature operation, so it’s very suitable for the high temperature application such as headlamp in automotive. The overall size of emitter in only 20mm by 20mm, so these products are able to operate with 2nd Lens such as PES or reflector type and used in hi-beam, low beam and fog lamp. TSLC’s head lamp product are also able to used in both OEM and AM product.
