Top Fix appoints Swart nonexec director

JSE-listed scaffolding and personnel outsourcing company Top Fix Holdings has approved the appointment of Francois Swart as a nonexecutive director, with immediate effect.

Swart is a qualified chartered accountant, and prior to joining financial services provider PSG Capital as part of its private equity management team, he was based in London with Goldman Sachs International as an executive director in fixed income, currency, and commodities.
