The lights are on at Sibaya Coastal Precinct!

The first residents of Sibaya Coastal Precinct are officially taking occupation of their brand new residences in OceanDune, and the lights are effectively on in the highly anticipated Precinct which is developing at a rapid rate along the M4!

OceanDune is Sibaya Coastal Precinct’s first residential development and offers luxury apartments. OceanDune is one of a number of developments that will be offering residential opportunities as part of the 1 042 hectare Sibaya Coastal Precinct. Seamlessly connected to its natural surroundings and the adjacent towns of uMhlanga and eMdloti, the Precinct includes 300 hectares of indigenous forest and a seven kilometre stretch of pristine coastline between the two lagoons, with only 40 percent of the total area allocated to a built environment that will eventually lay claim to the hilltops. The remaining land will be rehabilitated and preserved through the Sibaya Coastal Forest Reserve. On completion, the Development is anticipated to offer an integrated, connected community featuring residential, schools, tertiary education, retirement and corporate, retail, leisure and hospitality offerings.

Pamela Naidu from ID Realty, the sales and marketing team for Ocean Dune, said the handovers that took place from the middle of April were met with great excitement as owners were given the keys to their new apartments. Phase two of the residential handover commenced from the end of July, with the third handover phase for the retail section and the final residential component scheduled for the third quarter of this year.
