Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi at a Section 27 meeting held at the Morris Isaacson High School, in Soweto, to debate the #textbooksmatter campaign. The meeting took place ahead of a Supreme Court of Appeal matter brought by Basic Education for All and Section 27 into the obligation on the Department of Basic Education to deliver textbooks to South African schoolchildren.
