The disciplinary hearing of Telkom’s suspended CFO Jacques Schindehütte was discontinued last week after he retired with immediate effect.
The telecommunications giant announced in a statement on Friday that Schindehütte would depart with full benefits.
This followed two days after the party restarted the disciplinary hearing to resolve the matter of the former CFO’s personal conduct after a long adjournment.
The disciplinary process kicked of in January following an independent investigation into “certain allegations” that had emerged late last year.
