Technicrete ISG paves Annlin Property Development

22nd September 2015

There is no slowdown in the development of Sectional Title developments. The demand for reasonably priced accommodation is what the Stenostelma complex in Annlin, Pretoria offers potential buyers. The close proximity to central Pretoria, Wonderboom Nature Reserve and the Magaliesburg areas, makes it a desirable location for both developer and purchaser.

Marriette Verwoerdt, Secretary at O4 Residential Property Developers commented “The Stenostelma project is situated in a quiet part of Annlin, and offers a choice of two, three or four bedroom units with gardens and double garaging. With 142 houses in the complex it was important not only to have good security, but also to install sturdy long-lasting driveway paving to cope with the regular movement of vehicles”.

"Our long working history with Technicrete ISG enabled us to negotiate a good price for the 60mm interlocking paving that we chose to use for the complex driveways. Not only did we receive professional service from Technicrete ISG but also a quality product” said Verwoerdt.

Tienie Bronkhorst, Technicrete ISG’s Sales Consultant said “There is no such thing as a project too big or too small for Technicrete ISG. It is about supplying the right product for the application. Our DZZ interlocking pavers are well suited for residential driveways due to their hard wearing surface overlay, and they give a very aesthetically pleasing finish. We have supplied 7,500 m2 of our DZZ’s for the Stenostelma development. Interlocking pavers are a more economical option for Sectional Title developments than a tarred driveway, as it is less expensive to replace the odd cracked paver than re-tarring sections of a driveway which then breaks the uniformity of the appearance”.

Technicrete DZZ interlocking pavers are available in thicknesses of 50mm, 55 mm (upon request), 60 mm, 80 mm and 100mm (upon request) and in Autumn, Terracotta, Grey, Plum, Slate and tan colouring.

Technicrete ISG is part of the Infrastructure Specialist Group, which is also the holding company for Ocon Brick and Rocla.
