Project Description
The project involves the upgrading of three low-lying bridges – Leselinyana-Kinini, Nxumalo and Zulu-Mahalefele – in Soweto.

The project is being implemented in Region D, Wards 36 and 38, as part of the upgrades of the 2014/15 and 2015/16 financial years.

Value
The JRA has budgeted more than R100-million for the upgrade.

The project is expected to be completed in 2016.
