Project Description
The 50 000 m2 plaza will be the headquarters of Hong Hai Technology Group. It will comprise 21 stories and four annex levels, as well as a 32 000 m2 basement comprising four floors. There will also be parking bays for 500 vehicles.

To avoid excessive heat build-up, a double curtainwall façade system has been designed, which will naturally ventilate and disperse the building heat build-up.

Together with sustainable features, such as rainwater harvesting, light-emitting diode lighting, solar panels and geothermal heat exchange, the building is targeting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design platinum medal and national two-star green building certificates.
