JSE-listed mining services provider Sentula Mining announced on Friday that its interim CEO, Jacques Badenhorst, would now assume the position permanently, retroactive from March 1.

Previously a nonexecutive director at Sentula, Badenhorst took the CEO reins from Robin Berry in October as acting CEO.

Prior to his appointment at Sentula, Badenhorst was an independent nonexecutive director at engineering group Dorbyl, as well as an executive at banking firms Absa and JPMorgan Chase.
