Project Description
The project aims to redevelop the main stand at CPFC’s Selhurst Park stadium to increase the stand’s capacity from about 5 400 to 13 500. In addition to increasing the stadium’s total capacity to more than 34 000, the redevel

opment will transform the match-day experience for the club’s supporters by offering new premium hospitality and entertainment facili-ties. The stadium will also feature a bigger pitch, which will be increased from from 101.5 m × 68 m, to 105 m × 68 m, making Selhurst Park compliant with Union of European Football Associations, or UEFA, regulations and eligible to host tournament football. A new museum, documenting the club’s history and its role in the south London community, will also be built.
