The Sedibeng sanitation plant has a capacity of 100 Mℓ, but currently operates at 151 Mℓ, this above maximum capacity, bringing multiple property developments to a stand still.

The upgrade will generate 50 Mℓ by 2017 and an additional 50 Mℓ by 2018 to take it to 200 Mℓ.
