Seafood company Sea Harvest said on Thursday it had made progress in negotiations to acquire the entire fishing business of Viking Fishing Holdings and a 51% stake in the issued share capital of Viking Aquaculture.
"An announcement providing further details will be made as soon as practicably possible," it said in a statement.
