Johannesburg-based science centre Sci Bono will next week host an Engineering Focus Week.
The event, to be held from May 4 to 8, would showcase a range of careers available in the industry and provide a platform for learners and educators to interact with industry, higher education institutions and other training providers within the engineering and manufacturing industry.
Learners were encouraged to participate in the Engineering Week, as there would be many opportunities to interact with professionals in the industry, to gain an understanding of how the industry functions and learn about bursary and learnerships opportunities available in the sector.
