JSE-listed Reunert on Friday announced that its CFO Manuela Krog had resigned and that outgoing Afrox FD Nick Thomson had been appointed as CFO and FD.
Krog, who resigned to spend more time with her family, would step down as CFO on March 31, but would continue to work for the group on a consultancy basis.
Thomson, who is a chartered accountant with extensive financial and commercial experience, would start in his new position on June 15.
Reunert group finance executive Lood de Jager would serve as acting CFO between April and June.
