JSE-listed Rebosis Property Fund on Wednesday raised R565-million through the placing of about 47.48-million linked units at R11.90 a unit.
The company had initially set out to raise R400-million through the accelerated book build.
The equity raise had been subject to a minimum subscription of R1-million per applicant.
