Project Description
The project will transport gas from the Yakutia and Irkutsk gas production centres to domestic consumers in the Russia Far East and to China (eastern route).

The 3 000 km gas pipeline will run across the Irkuts, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Amur regions of Russia. In future, the pipeline might be linked to the Sakhalin–Khabarovsk–Vladivostok gas transmission system. The pipeline will have a diameter of 1 420 mm, a working pressure of 9.9 MPa and an export capacity of 38-billion cubic metres a year.
