Referro Systems, a sales and distribution company specialising in the supply and support of industrial electrical, automation and global software and hardware brands, recently announced its partnership with Advanced Micro Controls (AMCI) a US manufacturer and global supplier of programmable logic controller- (PLC-) based control solution products, position sensing and motion control solutions.
The company notes that it provides pre- and post-sales support to international brands and that it is now able to extend its industrial reach by providing the AMCI product range to the African market.
Referro Systems MD Adrian van Wyk said in announcing the new partnership: “…[Adding] AMCI’s control solutions, and in particular PLC networked products, specialty I/O, position sensing and motion control products, dovetails with our current range of products which will simplify deployment of our customers’ automation goals and add reliability as well as flexibility to manufacturing processes throughout Africa.”
He added that the company’s technical sales team is trained to assist customers with selection, installation, configuration and operation of all AMCI products.
