NUCLEAR NON-DIPLOMACY

The world in 2017 is already a troubled place, with rising inequality, uncertainty over the future of employment as technology displaces people, mass migration from conflict zones, lone-wolf terror attacks and signs of increasing intolerance for difference and diversity. However, nothing is more troubling than the prospect of nuclear war. Having two undiplomatic – and increasingly unstable – leaders in charge of these weapons is not at all comforting for the rest of us.
