Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George (CMG) and member of the Royal Victorian Order (RVO) Nigel Casey has been appointed British High Commissioner to South Africa, effective April.
He is succeeding Dame CMG and Lieutenant of the RVO Judith Macgregor, who will be retiring from the diplomatic service.
